2. The site

chained.tools is the public site for tooling built by iResolved, LLC. Copy, layout, and code on this domain belong to iResolved, LLC unless a page says otherwise. You may read, share a URL, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it, mirror it as a product, or pass the pages off as your own.

3. No advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice. Product pages describe work in progress with the accuracy we can stand behind. Early software is described as early.

4. Conduct

You will not:

• Attempt to break, flood, or probe the site without permission
• Impersonate iResolved, LLC, chained.tools, or Austin
• Use automated tools to extract the site in bulk without asking
• Submit malware or obviously abusive content through any form

We may block access that looks like abuse.

5. Third-party links

Links to GitHub, X, notes, chat, and other sites are conveniences. Their terms apply once you leave. Booking a chat currently happens off this domain.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect copy, or that a linked repo is public on the day you click it. To the extent the law allows, iResolved, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of formation of iResolved, LLC, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law says otherwise.
