Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-09-02. iResolved, LLC.
This policy covers chained.tools and the products published here. It describes what this site collects and why.
1. Who we are
chained.tools is operated by iResolved, LLC (“we”, “us”). The public founder is The Autist (Austin). This policy applies to chained.tools, including the product pages for rusty, pyppi, gbrowse, and agentpass, and any accounts or APIs we host on this domain.
Other iResolved or solved.gg surfaces may have their own notices. If a product ships under a separate privacy policy, that policy governs that product in addition to this one.
2. What we collect and why
We collect the minimum needed to run the site, keep it from falling over, and respond when you write.
- Messages you send. If you book a chat or email us, we get whatever you put in that message and a way to reply.
- Account data if you create an account: email, password hash or social login identifiers (GitHub, Google when those providers are enabled), and session tokens.
- Usage and device data via PostHog and Vercel Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, browser, and events we fire on this site (for example a CTA click).
- Error and performance data via Sentry and Vercel Speed Insights: URL, browser, stack traces, and related diagnostics when something fails.
- Standard host logs from Vercel: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request path.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for someone else’s marketing.
3. How we use it
Your data is used to:
- Operate, secure, and improve chained.tools
- Create and keep sessions if you sign in
- Diagnose errors and abuse
- Answer you when you contact us
- Meet legal obligations we actually have
We do not use the contents of product vaults, agent grants, or toolchain stores as marketing data. Those products, when they hold customer secrets, are described in the DPA for customers who need one.
4. Cookies and similar storage
Essential cookies and storage are used for authentication sessions when you sign in. Analytics tools may set first-party cookies or use local storage to distinguish visits. There is no cookie wall on this site. You can block cookies in the browser; signed-in features will not work without the session cookie.
5. Processors
We use vendors to run the site. They process data under their own terms:
- Vercel: hosting, analytics, and speed insights. Privacy
- PostHog: product analytics. Privacy
- Sentry: error and performance monitoring. Privacy
- GitHub / Google: only if you sign in with those providers.
Booking a chat currently happens on a separate surface (theautist.link/chat). That surface has its own operator and logs.
6. Retention
Host logs and analytics are kept for operational windows, typically weeks to months, not as a permanent dossier. Error events follow the monitoring provider’s retention. Account data lasts while the account exists. Email and chat correspondence lasts until we no longer need it or you ask us to delete it, subject to legal holds.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may object to or restrict certain processing where the law gives you that right. Write intake@solved.gg or book a chat. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, iResolved, LLC is the controller for this website. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after an update means you have seen the new policy.
